Priority

Revelation has the ability to rename or phrase priorities. The Classic High/Normal/Low can be renamed to match your company's standards.

 

The system supports a minimum of three (3) and up to a maximum of nine (9) System Priorities per Priority Set; with the sets assigned on a per project basis. One project can have the traditional High/Normal/Low priority, while another project can have Level 1/Level 2/Level 3, etc. Revelation ships with a default Systems Priories set, with High/Normal/Low priorities set.

 

A default priority can be auto assigned on Log A Ticket, and can be set at a project level. The Default on one project may be different to the default on another project for the same client.
