Configuration Settings

NOTE: Core users will see the Configuration Reports tab for their settings.

 

The Configuration tab is where you can enable the Management reports including Open Ticket Report, Trend reports, Top Ticket reports, etc. This area also allows you to enable or disable Saved Reports and Saved Searches

 

Management Reports

Enables/disables Management Reports in the Classic Reports area

Saved Reports

Enables/disables the ability to Save Reports

Saved Searches

Enables/disables the ability to Save Searches
