Multi Edit-Ticket Hierarchy

The Ticket Hierarchy options are linked to Ticket Hierarchy in the Admin area. If this option is not enabled, the tab will not be visible in Multi Edit mode. Remember to hit Save before leaving Multi Edit.

Select Parent Ticket

If a Parent ticket is available for the client, options will be visible by clicking on the +.

 

Save as Parent Ticket

Selected tickets can be saved as Parent tickets by checking tick box

Selection on left then becomes Select Child Tickets.

Tab name changes to Ticket Hierarchy: Parent

Any Child Ticket will be visible by clicking on the +.

Clear

Clears check box and clears those tickets as Parent Tickets

You will receive a warning message about losing the Hierarchy for both parent and child tickets.
