From this section, a Super Administrator can set up the following items:
Email Settings including a custom outbound footer and the email format sent
Set up of the Calendar Events
Custom Email notifications from the system
NOTE: Revelation is email platform agnostic.
Whether you are using Exchange, Notes/Domino, Gmail or something else, as long as your support mailboxes are accessible via POP or IMAP (SSL or not), Revelation can receive email. Additionally, if you choose to host with us or host yourself, you can send email through your own mail server having configured the email SMTP settings in Helpdesk Setup - Email - Configuration.
