Calendar Events

From within any ticket, send a meeting notification to a client to schedule an onsite visit, or send yourself a reminder to follow up with a client/vendor. The interface, like the Scheduled Events, is similar to Microsoft Outlook. The feature can be enabled or disabled from the Calendar Events portion of the Email Settings tab.

 

When the feature is turned on, you can configure the subject line of the scheduled event for your calendar to auto build. The body text of the email/calendar event will also auto build.
