Multi Edit

The Multi Edit module allows users to edit multiple tickets at the same time. This could be simply adding the same Action Note and billable time to several tickets or moving tickets to different clients/projects. If you are a Revelation Administrator, you may have the additional option to delete multiple tickets.

 

Multi Edit is controlled in the Admin area, and your Administrator determines who can see the Multi Edit functionality. It may be set up by user level or by team. Please check with your Administrator if you are unsure.
