To edit the Work Hours

 

From this area, Super Admins can set the location Working Hours and any Holidays where your location would be closed.

 

Working Hours

While it is optional to have the Working Hours and Holidays filled in, it is recommended. If you use the On-Hold ticket status, it reads the time from the Working Hours and Holidays list to stop the clock at the appropriate times. If the Service Level Management module is active, Revelation reads the Working Hours of your company. Hours can be set for each work day, including weekends if needed. If the company is closed, the system ignores those days in determining the due dates based on the SLA for the project.
