Search Knowledgebase from Tag Cloud

On the KBase page accessed by the tab on the Masthead, a cloud containing the available tags is available.

 

 

By clicking on the tag from within the cloud, you are taken to a list of the matching KBase articles, along with the rating of the various articles. There is also a list of related tags on the right side of the article list. The larger the text, the more articles are available in the Knowledge Base.

 

The Visibility column lets you know if the article is visible to Internal users only, External users only or both Internal and External users.

 

 

Clicking on the article brings up the information for review.
