Multi Edit-Linked Assets

The Linked Assets options are linked to Asset Management under Module Configuration. If this module is not enabled, the tab will not be visible in Multi Edit mode. Remember to hit Save before leaving Multi Edit.

Item	Description	Additional information
User Assets	Will show assets associated with client contact	If the selected tickets have multiple client contacts, you will receive a warning and be taken to Ticket Details to set the contact.
Location Assets	Will show assets associated with the client contact's location
Link	Will add selected assets to existing asset association for tickets	Check box
