Gameplan Admin

Gameplan is a tool to assist Managers track the progress of a project and gives insight by providing a reporting tool. Gameplan setup is visible to Admin or Super Admins only in the Admin area.

 

From this area of the Administration area, you will be able to set the following:

• Gameplan Workstreams
• Gameplan Phrases
• Set up a Gameplan Project

 

NOTES:

•  Gameplan is NOT a Project Management tool, but a tracking tool designed to give a quick overview of time sensitive projects.
• A Project Plan is recommended before opening any tickets in Gameplan so you will know the start and end dates, as well as the number of hours required for a Workstream and task.
• Make sure all your Workstreams are in place prior to opening tickets; you can add tickets (tasks) as each item is kicked off within the Workstream
• Use the dashboard to see which tickets are late and/or are exceeding effort. The Workstreams and tickets can be updated after review.
• The assigned user should be logging time on a daily basis so the percentages noted on the dashboard are accurate.
