We’ve updated the email templates, allowing you to assign color coding to your Revelation Ticket outbound emails, ranging from “Shared”, “Start/Open”, “Changes” etc.

The recipient will receive the email & easily determine in what way the ticket has been actioned.

Moving to the new templates will wipe any customizations and reset your email templates to the new Revelation Out of the Box messaging. You will need REDO any customizations and WILL NOT be able to reference any previous customizations you had in place.

We have also updated the admin area around the new email alerts.

We made it easier to use with a dynamic, vibrant and updated styling, while still maintaining the same functionality.
