Feedback Surveys

Feedback Surveys are forms which can be created and delivered to Users upon closing a ticket. Admins or Super Admins can configure surveys on the project level or an email can be sent manually. Responses are recorded and available in Reports providing an overall look at responses or in their original state.

 

You can also link back to the Feedback Summary Report from this screen by clicking on the Load Report button.
