Default Report View
Select from Time (length of tickets) or Volume (number of tickets). You will be able to choose the other option from a drop down in the Report area, if needed.

Be sure to click on Save when you make a change
Display Currency
Internal Interface
If checked, costs, based on hourly rates put in during project setup, are displayed for billable time on internal reports. If unchecked, costs are not shown.

CAUTION: If you want to show a client a report, and run it internally, the costs will be visible. You must temporarily shut it down to print the report.
External Interface
If checked, costs, based on hourly rates put in during project setup, are displayed for billable time on Client reports. If unchecked, costs are not shown.
