Project Templates

This area will allow Super Admins to set the following items for your Revelation helpdesk:

 

• Manage Templates

• Apply Templates

 

 

 

When you use a project template to create multiple projects, they will remain connected to the original template and adopt its settings (shown in blue above).

 

• If you change the settings on a template the settings will change for all linked projects.
• If you wish to disconnect a particular project from the template, you can do that within the project information screen.
• If you wish to reconnect a project to the template that created it, you can do that within the project information screen.
• If you wish to connect multiple projects to an existing project template all you need to do is ensure that the individual project name(s) are the same as the project name in the template, and then use the project template tool to apply the template to those customers.
• If you apply a project template to a customer that already has a project linked to that template – nothing will happen.
