Own or Join |

Tickets can be quickly assigned to yourself in two ways:
Own
If there are multiple staff assigned to a ticket, including yourself, the Own button will be visible. By clicking on the button, you will remove the other staff members from the ticket assignment and you will be the only one remaining on the ticket.

PLEASE NOTE:The Assign to only me button will be visible if you are not assigned to the ticket.
Join
If you are not already assigned to a ticket, but need to be added, you can click on the Join button. This will add you to the ticket, without removing anyone else.
