Groups

Groups (also referred to sometimes as Queues) are used for tickets to be logged against and then actioned by Internal Users as they are available. This feature will let you overlay groups or individual user tickets on your home page so no tickets go unresolved in their absence.

 

Super Administrators are responsible for assigning users to specific groups. If a group is no longer active, it will show up in the list as gray italics.
