Custom Fields

Custom Fields allows Administrators and Super Administrators to create and edit forms which can be added to a new ticket and ticket history screens and allows users to add their own information which is searchable and reportable (via Report Builder only).

 

From the main page, Super Administrators will be able to turn Custom Fields on or off.

 

When you log a new ticket, and the Custom Fields is attached, you will see the form just below the Ticket Description area.
