Report Revelations

Create your own list shortcuts to Reports you run all the time with Revelations. The shortcut will appear on your home page in the Revelations flyout on the right side of your screen.

 

By selecting a report and ticking the check box, the report will show up as part of a list called My Favorites. If an Administrator has selected a report to be a System Favorite, it will appear at the top of the list.

Add a Report to your Revelations

• Click on the Revelations logo next to the report you want to save
• A box opens - type in the title you want to use, or leave it at the default title
• Click on the Save icon

The Revelations icon will go from gray to full color, indicating it has been saved to your Revelations list.

 

Edit/Delete a Revelations Shortcut

From your home page:

• Open the fly-out on your home page or
• Click on the Revelations icon next to the item you want to edit or remove
  • A drop down will appear

• Click on Edit to rename the report on your list. Remember to save the change.
• Click on Delete to remove it from the list completely

When you click on Delete, you will see a dialog box asking if you want to delete.
